Job Responsibilities
Your role as a Finance Associate is to assist in carrying out client accounting and financing activities, examine contracts, establish project in SAP, handle billing structure, and work with the clients' sales, finance, delivery and project teams. You will also make sure that documentation is accurate, ensures adherence to corporate procedures and supports the operational reporting and audit preparedness.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the process of establishing a setup of the support contract to the project.
- Examine client contracts and project documents.
- Set up project and billing structures in SAP.
- Set up and keep billing items.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery and Project Teams.
- Monitor and document progress for project set-up.
- Maintain adequate adherence to all SOP.
- Help with daily reporting and audit preparation.
- Buttress billing systems and payment systems.
- Escalate any contract discrepancies as necessary.
