Job Description

Accenture is hiring Recruiting New Associates to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The role involves recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking system management, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters in scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate candidate communication regarding interviews and hiring updates.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment documents.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.
  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in posting jobs across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for timely feedback.
  • Identify talent gaps and support workforce planning activities.
  • Handle routine recruitment operations and administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduation.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
