About The Role

This is a Service Desk role where you will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot IT issues, resolve service requests and ensure smooth functioning of systems and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Log, track and resolve Service Desk tickets.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams for escalations.
  • Maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Ensure issue resolution within SLA timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2025 & 2026 Graduates Eligible.
  • 3-Year Full-Time Degree Required.
  • BCA, BSc, BA, BCom, BBA, BVoc, BMS and related programs.
  • Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma and UG.
  • No standing arrears/backlogs.
  • Must be willing to work from any Cognizant office location.
  • Open to Indian Nationals and OCI candidates residing in India.
  • Students pursuing full-time PG courses are not eligible.
