Job Description

HARMAN Automotive is seeking a highly enthusiastic Associate Engineer – AI/ML with Python to work on next-generation Agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud-native applications, and machine learning solutions. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals passionate about AI and software development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, planners, tools, and memory components.
  • Build AI-powered applications using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Vert.x.
  • Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Develop machine learning models, feature engineering, and data preprocessing workflows.
  • Create secure web applications and microservices using OAuth and JWT.
  • Work with databases including MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, and ScyllaDB.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud deployments.
  • Collaborate with agile teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or Final Year Student) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience or strong academic/project exposure.
  • Strong foundation in programming and data structures.
  • Passion for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Agentic AI concepts and autonomous systems.

  • Exposure to Jenkins, Kibana, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Open-source contributions and GitHub projects.
  • Internship experience in AI/ML or Full-Stack Development.
