Job Description

Lenskart is hiring Java L1 Support Engineers to provide production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with warehouse operations teams. Candidates will work closely with development teams to resolve production incidents and maintain business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve production issues in plant operations.
  • Communicate with warehouse supervisors and operations teams.
  • Analyze and explain technical issues to core development teams.
  • Support software development lifecycle activities.
  • Assist in bug triage and issue management.
  • Maintain high-quality and scalable systems.
  • Collaborate with technology and business teams.
  • Prepare status reports on product delivery and quality.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.
  • Basic Java programming knowledge.
  • Basic MySQL knowledge.
  • Understanding of Web Applications.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM).
