Job Description

Tata Motors is inviting applications for the Graduate Apprentice Trainee program. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience across automobile operations including Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning, and Automotive Component Development. The program aims to build technical expertise and industry-ready skills through practical exposure in a leading automotive organization.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduating Batch: 2024, 2025 & 2026.
  • Course Specialization: Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th and Engineering.
  • No Backlogs / No ATKT.
  • Maximum 2 years educational gap allowed.
  • Candidate should not have signed Apprenticeship Contract with any other company through NATS.
  • Candidate should not have UAN generated.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to Production and Manufacturing Planning activities.
  • Support Maintenance operations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in Supply Chain Management and procurement processes.
  • Develop understanding of automotive components and aggregate development.
  • Participate in problem-solving and process improvement activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across business units.
  • Enhance technical knowledge through industrial exposure.
  • Continuously learn emerging manufacturing technologies and best practices.
