Job Summary
Cyntexa is hiring Associate Software Developers to work on cutting-edge technologies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms. Freshers are welcome to apply, and selected candidates will receive six months of hands-on training to build a strong technical foundation.
Candidates should have strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and basic programming knowledge in languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development principles.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Familiarity with IDEs, Version Control Systems, and Testing Frameworks is a plus.
- Internship or prior software development experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain software applications.
- Test and debug software to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Document software designs and development processes.
- Assist with software integration and deployment.
- Support production applications and maintenance activities.
