Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in software engineering, QA testing, software testing, technical support, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, full stack development, or API support.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, software design, coding, debugging, testing procedures, and defect tracking processes.
- Proficiency or familiarity with programming languages and technologies such as .NET, C#, ReactJS, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant software development tools.
- Knowledge of databases and data technologies including SQL Server, Entity Framework, NoSQL, database troubleshooting, and basic SQL concepts.
- Experience or exposure to cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, AWS CDK, Infrastructure as Code, Lambda, DynamoDB, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to perform malware and traffic analysis, static and dynamic analysis, PCAP analysis, network IOC extraction, detection engineering, Suricata rule development, CVE research, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping for applicable security roles.
- Ability to design, execute, and maintain unit, integration, regression, system, and automated testing using appropriate testing frameworks and test management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot application, API, database, cloud, networking, performance, and production issues, reproduce customer problems, analyze logs and diagnostic data, and identify root causes.
- Ability to provide technical and customer support, handle support cases within defined SLAs, document solutions, create knowledge articles, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of secure coding, application performance, memory management, observability, incident resolution, reliability, automation, and scalable software architecture is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and work flexible shifts where required.
