Requirements
- Strong analytical, quantitative, research, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to analyze financial, operational, and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial statements, cost management, and business performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience or knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and financial reporting tools.
- Experience or familiarity with data platforms and analytical technologies such as Databricks, DLT, SQL, Python, data modelling, and handling file formats such as CSV and TXT.
- Understanding of CRM operations, invoice processing, accruals, billing, reconciliation, data integrity, SLA management, exception tracking, and operational documentation.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML policies, risk management, audit, compliance, process improvement, and digital process automation is beneficial for applicable roles.
- Ability to interpret financial reports including budgets, forecasts, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, monthly financials, and variance reports.
- Ability to support financial projections, scenario analysis, cost allocation, profit centre management, billing rules, month-end activities, and financial strategy initiatives.
- Experience or knowledge of banking, mortgage operations, loan processing, transaction services, payment services, client reporting, or related financial operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, time management, teamwork, adaptability, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage deadlines and changing workloads.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, manage priorities, maintain data accuracy, identify exceptions, escalate risks appropriately, and continuously learn new tools and processes.
