Eligibility Criteria
Potential employees must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (computer science, computer information, software engineering or similar field).
- Eligibility: Fresh Graduate to two years experience.
- Excellent programming skills and analytical approach.
- Knowledge of basic SDLC, STLC, OOP, Software Testing.
- An ability to communicate and work well as part of a team.
Internships, Automation Testing projects or Coding experience will be an added advantage for candidates.
Job Responsibilities
You are an Associate SDET Engineer, taking part both in manual testing and automation testing tasks, and helping to make sure that the software has been created well during the software development lifecycle. You will build automation frameworks, run various testing activities, identify software faults and communicate with software developers to enhance the product quality.
This position offers hands-on experience in enterprise software development, Agile development, automation frameworks and CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build Automated Testing Framework.
- Develop and run manual and automation tests.
- Conduct functional, regression, UI/Application Programming Interface testing.
- Describe, document and monitor software errors.
- Work closely with Developers to enhance the quality of the product.
- Join in sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Develop overall improvement of automation coverage and testing efficiency.
- Maintain and validate CI/CD processes. Identify failure causes in Software.
- Protect software quality before release of it to the production environment.
Required Technical Skills
The candidate needs to be familiar with the following technologies/ concepts:
- However, Java, Python, and JavaScript are the languages that will dominate.
- Hand and Computer Procedures
- Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing, API Testing and UI Testing, Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress,TestNG and JUnit.
- Git, GitHub, and CI/CD, SQL and Database Testing
- Principles of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Learn about Object Oriented Programming, the Agile Methodology.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, knowledge of Linux, REST API Testing using Postman, concepts of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are an added advantage.

Tips Before Applying
Refresher Information on: Java, Python, JavaScript, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Software Testing.
