Requirements
- Strong knowledge or experience in software development using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, REST services, microservices, or other relevant programming technologies.
- Experience or knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, database design, stored procedures, query optimization, performance tuning, and database security.
- Ability to design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable applications and backend services following software engineering best practices.
- Knowledge of web and frontend technologies including JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, XML, web services, REST APIs, and UI development.
- Familiarity with development and DevOps tools such as Git, Maven, Ant, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze business and functional requirements, prepare technical or design documentation, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data using tools such as Excel, SQL, dashboards, reporting platforms, and other analytical technologies.
- Knowledge of financial modelling, corporate finance, credit analysis, debt markets, financial statements, accounting concepts, and transaction documentation for applicable finance roles.
- Ability to provide technical and customer support, handle voice and non-voice interactions, document incidents and service requests, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, networking, and internet issues.
- Willingness to learn and work with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, AI-enabled productivity tools, database technologies, cloud platforms, and emerging technology capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, customer focus, quick learning ability, ownership, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
