Requirements
- Strong knowledge or experience in software development, application development, full stack development, data services, reporting, or ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSP, and modern web application development technologies.
- Strong database knowledge including complex SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, JPA/Hibernate, data modelling, data relationships, keys, migration, and transformation processes.
- Ability to design, develop, test, debug, enhance, and maintain scalable software applications, data services, reports, dashboards, and visualization solutions.
- Experience with reporting and visualization technologies such as Business Objects, Tableau, or Spotfire is beneficial.
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, data preparation, data services infrastructure, data security, scalability, availability, and maintainability.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, code reviews, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, Unix, shell scripting, and Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, Kafka, event-driven architecture, microservices, and distributed systems is advantageous.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development and familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Agile methodologies is required for applicable roles.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, collaborate with customers and stakeholders, estimate project effort, prepare solutions, and provide production support and issue resolution.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, customer-service, relationship-building, teamwork, time-management, and ownership skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
