Eligibility Criteria
Successful candidates will have the following attributes:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Applicants currently freshers and up to two years of experience can apply.
- Eligible Batch: 2024 / 2025 / 2026.
- Flexibility to work from Bangalore office on rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible as an Application Support & Monitoring Engineer to help in maintaining the availability and optimal performance of enterprise applications. You will watch over apps and taking action when an issue happens, validate apps after production releases and coordinate with the development, QA, ops teams when required to resolve problems quickly.
This is a hands on learning opportunity with enterprise monitoring tools, cloud infrastructure, production support process and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Dynatrace dashboards for monitoring enterprise applications.
- Incidents In Production via ServiceNow.
- Conduct the incident investigation and cause finding process.
- Make the arrangements for coordinations of bridge calls for P1 and P2 incidents
- Accept only deployments they after production release.
- Keep track of application health and infrastructure availability.
- Closely collaborate with development, QA and operations teams.
- Offer production support for L1 and L2.
- Compile operating documentation and operating manuals.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
