Requirements
- Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, misrouted, and high-value payment transactions within agreed service levels.
- Analyze payment and transaction data to identify discrepancies, patterns, root causes, and potential risks.
- Manage complex payment exceptions and escalations while working with internal teams, banks, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure investigations and resolutions comply with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Support client onboarding and fulfill AML and KYC requirements where applicable.
