Requirements
- Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data to generate reports, dashboards, insights, and business recommendations.
- Develop and maintain BI solutions, ETL processes, data integrations, pipelines, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Azure Data Factory.
- Write SQL queries and work with databases while maintaining data quality, availability, traceability, and governance standards.
- Investigate and resolve technical or customer issues, document troubleshooting steps, track product bugs, and communicate resolutions clearly.
- Support Workday integration activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
- Support financial reporting activities including inventory management, SAP cost runs, standard cost creation, variance analysis, profitability reporting, month-end closing, and audit support.
- Work effectively with cross-functional and global teams while meeting deadlines, maintaining service quality, and supporting continuous improvement.
