Qualifications

- Knowledge of AML/ITC, KYC, financial operations, accounting, asset servicing, or technical support is an advantage.

Requirements
- Provide real-time technical support to field technicians and customers while troubleshooting Tier 1.5 service issues.
- Monitor service status, update internal and client tools, track technician activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Investigate AML/ITC alerts, perform research and verification, and follow quality and regulatory control requirements.
- Reconcile and process Corporate Action or Proxy events, research discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Support invoice management and Procure-to-Pay processes using financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, follow SOPs and compliance requirements, and escalate risks or issues appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service, root cause analysis, and ability to work effectively under deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
