Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Software Testing / QA professionals with 0–3 years of experience to support software quality across ERP and other business applications. The role involves designing and executing test cases, validating business workflows, identifying defects, and ensuring applications meet functional and business requirements.
Candidates will work across manual testing, API testing, database validation, regression testing, integration testing, and automation activities while collaborating with developers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, quality control processes, SDLC, and STLC.
- Strong understanding of manual testing, test cases, test scenarios, and defect life cycle.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is an advantage.
- ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Requirements
- Design and execute functional, regression, sanity, integration, system, and exploratory test cases.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution documentation.
- Perform API testing and validate integrations across application systems.
- Use automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, TestComplete, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Perform SQL/database testing and validate data accuracy, completeness, calculations, and workflows.
- Track and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ALM and perform root cause analysis where required.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Jenkins, CodeWay, and Git.
