Job Summary
Wipro is hiring B.E., B.Tech, and MCA graduates (2025 batch) for the Trainee role in Noida. Selected candidates will configure and test Wipro's proprietary Total Benefit Administration System while working with software development, SQL databases, and testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test Wipro's Total Benefit Administration System.
- Understand client requirements and configure system parameters.
- Write SQL queries for data validation.
- Perform software testing and quality assurance activities.
- Support software implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Maintain project documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA graduates.
- 2025 pass-out candidates only.
- 12-month service agreement.
- Face-to-face technical interview in Noida.
- Willing to work 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM shift.

- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- SQL & DB2 concepts.
- SAS and Mainframe basics.
